Every session includes deep preparation of the space, ensuring that it's been cleared and intentional energy is brought in before your arrival. During the session, energy will be moved, released, rebalanced depending on what is needed. We may explore breath work, visualization meditations, sound healing, gentle movement (can be adapted to client's needs) aromatherapy and much more.

This is a customized refresher for anyone who has a certificate in Reiki but feels incomplete in their training or are just looking for a refresh on how to teach or give trauma informed sessions.

Learn the fundamentals of reiki and connecting with your intuition. In this 1 day training you will become certified in level 1, receive your certificate and all training materials. You will have ample time to practice hand placements, opening sacred space and connecting with your intuition. 

My intention is for you to leave confident to explore and work with reiki energy in your home and with your loved ones. 

Expand your knowledge on reiki and how to offer treatments to clients. In this 1 day training you will  become certified in level 2, receive your certificate and all training material. You will have time to practice giving full treatments and receiving one as well. 

My intention is for you to leave ready to offer treatments to clients.

This is a 2 day, one on one training. Our first day will act as a refresher of the material and experience from level 1 & 2. You will also receive a session from me to align and balance you for the next activation into master level.

Whether you are doing this for yourself or as an expansion of your own business, the day is specially created for your goals.

You will receive all training materials necessary to start and offer your own reiki level trainings. You will also receive your master certificate and your master symbol. 

Please note; the 2 days of training do not need to be back to back.
