This week we discuss grounding techniques, how to raise your energy, how to notice if you've taken on energy that is not yours and how to clear it all away.

Here we learn how to remain compassionate, connected and loving without absorbing other's emotions and energy. There is a difference between empathy and enmeshment, here you will learn how to ground into empathy and your centre while remaining energetically clear.

This is when you set energetic boundaries for yourself, home, work etc. You'll be taught step by step the "how" behind it.

Not only do we need to know how to discern our energy from others, clear ourselves and set boundaries...but we also need to know how to call energy in to fill us up. This is rooted in our ability to connect and be in right relationship with Spirit, something that will be nurtured throughout the duration of the course and beyond.

This is an online, live class held every Thursday from 8:00-9:00pm EST for 6 weeks. These calls will be recorded, then uploaded within 24hrs for you to review and watch again as many times as you like. If you cannot attend live, that's not a problem as the calls will be posted and you may watch at your convenience.
There will also be a group that allows for questions and mid week check in's around the suggested material and explorations of that week's discussion.
